Warning to those who have read other reviews
Amazon is amazing with shipping etc.. but the reviews are not always so accurate... I received 3 of these for our 2 suv (had 1 left from another brand in the other SUV). My wife could not put these in as they required an allen wrench in a very tight spot to adjust the angle AFTER you fiddle with the other allen screws to get them around your headrest posts... once together I figured the woes were over. Not hardly. First, the screws that hold the "angle" of the dvd - do not allow it to stay at that angle it slowly drifts downward on all 3 of them. Secondly, and worst of all, the little "arms" that hold the player to the device are adjustable but the back of these adjustable legs have very sharp edges and rest squarely on the back of the leather seats and as they can't be held securely off of the seat due to the poor design of the screws (no thumbscrews - must use the allen wrench) the weight of them are slowly pressing down enough to tear through the leather seats. This is NOT a product I would recommend even for cloth seats but certainly not leather.. use these at your own risk.
I hope this saves someone else the pain of finding out the hard way - I find it hard to believe no one else has mentioned this.
Good Luck.
Great Price and stays in place. The Philips dcp851 does not have an option to attach it to the back head rest on a car seat. Because its a tabloid style portable dvd player, it can't fit most dvd holders. [...] sells it for less. This product is worth every penny. The reason why I gave it a 4 is because one of my screws wasn't working but I just adjusted the other side to extend longer.
